دستگاه جوش دادن تارهای نوری (Corning RXS Fusion Splicer)
مشخصات ظاهری RXS
جهت تغذیه دستگاه به سه روش می توان عمل کرد :
1) برق اصلی : سیستم داخلی (تغذیه ) دستگاه میتوان بین 95 تا 200 ولت به صورت اتوماتیک ولتاژ تغذیه را تهیه کند .
2) باتری داخلی دستگاه : چنانچه برق شهر در دسترس نباشد ،سیستم می تواند از باتری خود استفاده نماید در صورتیکه باتری شارژ کامل باشد3 تا 4 ساعت می تواند دستگاه را تغذیه نماید .
3) استفاده از باتری dc خارجی (شکل شماره 5)
دیگر از قسمتهای الکتریکی دستگاه میتوان سوکت اتصال لامپ کار ، کلید پاور و خاموش و سوکت خروجی هیتر خارجی
الف) کاتر یا قیچی : نتیجه عمل دستگاه به کیفیت برش انتهای فیبرها بستگی دارد بنابراین این برش میبایست از ابزارهای دقیق استفاده نماید . میزان خطای برش قیچی نصب شده به روی دستگاه کمتر از 0.8˚
کاتر توسط یک تیغ الماسه که به هیچ عنوان به فیبر فشاری وارد نکند برش را انجام می دهد. دو بازوی ثابت و متحرک : در قسمت چپ آن بازوی ثابت وظیفه اش محکم نگهداشتن فیبر و در سمت راست کشش و قطع
از نقطه ی برش داده می شود.
راهنمای کاتر : این قسمت به دوحالت طراحی شده است :
- جهت کتینگ های µ 900
- جهت کتینگهای µ 250
ب) نگهدارنده ی کاست به همراه هیتر (اون) :فیبرهای آماده شده ای که درون کاست قرار داده شده اند می بایست به هم جوش داده شوند کاستها را دانه به دانه روی دستگاه درقسمت نگهدارنده ی کاست قرار داده وبعد از جوش برای جمع شدن کریمپ حرارتی (روکش حرارتی ) دردرون اجاق قرار می دهیم .
ج) یونیت های مفصل بندی : این قسمت چون به گرد غبار حساس میباشد توسط درپوش های پلاستیکی محافظت می شوند واز چپ به راست عبارتند از :
در پوش فرستنده ی LID ، در پوش نگهدارنده قسمت چپ، در پوش نگهدارنده قسمت راست ،در پوش الکترود که دودرپوش نگهدارنده ی چپ و راست را می پوشاند، در پوش گیرنده ی LID .
